U.S. Shipping

We offer simple and affordable shipping options to support your safe and sustainable lifestyle:

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 (Estimated 3–8 business days)
  • Economy Shipping: $3.95 for orders under $50 (Estimated 3–8 business days)

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order has been shipped.
Note: Delivery estimates do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with care. However, customs processes may vary by destination, and we are not responsible for delays that occur during clearance or local handling.

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs, weather, or unexpected carrier delays. If your tracking remains inactive for 30–60 business days, we’ll gladly resend your order.

Delays are more common during busy seasons like holidays (Nov–Dec) or during major promotions. Your patience and understanding mean a lot to us.

Processing Time

Processing takes 3–5 business days and includes verifying your order, eco-friendly packaging, and dispatch to our shipping partners.

A tracking number will be provided once your shipment is picked up. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during holiday or sale periods, but we always do our best to ship quickly and carefully.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Carriers are selected automatically based on the product’s origin and the most efficient fulfillment path. Because we partner with multiple eco-conscious suppliers, shipping methods may vary per order.

Although carrier selection cannot be requested, we carefully monitor all shipments to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at essentiallyyours.team@gmail.com.

  • If your cancellation is requested within 30 minutes and before processing begins, a $20 transaction fee will apply.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we regret that it cannot be cancelled.

Please reach out quickly after placing your order to increase the chance of successful cancellation.
